In order to welcome the ceremony marking China's 60th anniversary, Changan Street needs to be repaired as it has not been repaired for 10 years. The key point of this construction focuses on heavy repair of the road surface, and the length is 26.78 km. New asphalt concrete is required to cover on the road. As the construction time is limited to 11pm to 4 am, the project period is very tough. Thus, besides the traditional large equipments, the participation of compact construction machinery make the project easy.
Jiang Fan, Vice director of Beijing Transportation Committee said, 'there are more than 20 companies take part in the project, and the construction staff reach 2,000 in summit.' Two Racoon HT65A skid steer loaders luckily participate in the key project. It is the first time for Herotime to take part in the national key project as the national machinery, which are responsible for the road cleaning and maintenance work on Dongdan, Xidan and the area around Tiananmen Square.
Beijing Urban Construction Group praises highly about the performance and condition of Racoon skid steer loader. There are only six awards for 'Build Changan Street Together, True Feeling in Excellent Service' in China, which was won by Herotime; two Racoon skid steer loaders contribute to the Changan Street Project, and also offer a thoughtful gift to the ceremony marking China's 60th anniversary. Herotime also gains the Award for 'Build the Precise Construction of First Street of China', which is also one of six awards in China.
